**To return an item:**

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

**Refunds and Exchanges:**
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
